Our story

The family behind the bread.

An Italian bakery for more than 90 years, and the Buono family’s since May 1989.

Two stone hearth ovens.

More than 90 years ago the Monda family ran this Italian bakery with two brand-new, stone-built hearth ovens. It went on to be known as “The kings of Bread!”

The Mondas retired two years before the Buonos arrived, and they helped the new owners get started, passing on old-world methods and recipes.
