The words on the window

Not just baked here.
Fresh made here.

Buono’s defines it simply: prepared, baked, packaged and sold on the premises.

Four words.
One address.

Prepared. Baked. Packaged. Sold. The bakery distinguishes this from products made elsewhere, shipped frozen and baked in-store.

Equipment from Italy

Buono’s reports that its ovens, mixers and racks were imported from Italy in 2006 and installed by master technicians.

Flour & water

The bakery says it uses only unbleached, unbromated flour and water ultrafiltered on site, never reverse osmosis.

For ingredients or allergy questions, speak directly with the bakery before ordering.

A portion of every dollar.

Buono’s says a portion of each dollar spent supports local causes, including Providence and Johnston Police and Fire Departments, The Special Olympics, soup kitchens, Providence Rescue Mission, churches and other private charities.

Before you call.
